Lumley Beach, Freetown, Sierra Leone. Posted by Hello

I'm still trying to find an ariel view of this beach. It's absolutely gorgeous. It holds a lot of memories; tons of family events, picnics and outings for organizations I used to be a member of, skipping school to hang out with friends, and 1 near-death experience. I miss its clear, blue water and its hot, white sand.

An old friend from school emailed some pictures of the new and renovated hotels and resorts,
http://imageevent.com/afrikasgems/room back home, Sierra Leone, that is.

So yesterday had to be one of the most unproductive work day. I spent most of my time starring out the window and arguing with Sprint reps. Its amazing what goes on outside NPHME during the day. So there's a group of unemployed, middle-aged, wanna-be thugs who hang out by the liquor store all day, trying to peddle things, such as bootleg porn, to anyone who walks by. Since it was cold and rainy yesterday, they sat in a white mini-van all day. Yes...all day! At one point I thought they'd left but they just moved to a different parking spot, next to another van with another group of bums, so they all could chat. I mean what is wrong with these people. Get a fucking job, stop hanging out by the liquor store, stop complaining about how "the man" screwed you over because your dumb, drugged up, drunk ass is too lazy to find a fucking job! Sorry I had to let that out.

I've also come to the conclusion that 90% of the customer service reps at Sprint are complete idiots. After dealing with four different people, who gave me completely different answers to the same question, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Of course he was unavailable. An hour later, they couldn't access my account because tech support was doing maintenance, and I was told to call back in an hour. So after 2 months and several phone calls, the problem is still unsolved. I hate Sprint.

Anyway, just realizing it was Friday made the day a lot better. After work, chilled with the monkey for a while. It was fun....yeah, fun! Anyways, there's been a name change. He's no longer the monkey, he's been promoted to "Goonga." Don't ask, just go with it. Well thats all for now. Later.

According to this world map I've lived in every state in the U.S. Of course there are maps specifically for the U.S. and Europe, but I'm just too lazy to fill those out. Besides, I've only been to a few. Anyway, I thought this was a nifty tool.

On another note, I'm thinking of turning this blog into a pseudo-play, if there's such a thing. Since my world at NHPME is filled with so many "colorful" people, everyone will have a role. So far I have my prince charming, the evil queen, the harlot, the court jester. Its a work in progress. Stay tuned for details or any more "what the fuck?" ideas.
